The Spunky Monkey To Be In The 2010 Daytime Emmy Awards Swag Bags!!!!

We are excited to announce that The Spunky Monkey was chosen as one of 35 products to be gifted in the 2010 Daytime Emmy Awards Swag Bags.  The annual Emmy Awards are being presented at the Las Vegas Hilton June 27, 2010 and can be seen live on CBS.

As tradition, the "swag bag" is a celebrity gift bag given to the 80+ presenters and performers.  However this year, for the 37th Annual Daytime Emmys, the Academy has approved expanding this generous offering to all those in attendance.  Over 1400 of daytime TV's celebrities, directors, writers, producers, network executives, etc. will receive a gift certificate from The Spunky Monkey, among 34 other companies' gifts and products.

Polynesian Princess Party!!!

Just wanted to share with my cyber family the fun time had by all at my daughter's half birthday party.  Because her birthday is the week of Christmas, she's always sharing the spotlight with the jolly big guy and his reindeer crew.

Because no one is ever available for a party around her real birthday, and not even a month later because of NFL playoffs (SHEESH!) after her 3rd birthday I vowed to do half birthday parties.

Part of the "investment" in a pool in the backyard of our "new" (we've been here 2 years now, but still seems new to us) house is the "savings" on parties by hosting

them at home with built in entertainment!  HA HA HA!  Well, so far so good.  But only thanks to my good friend Colleen, owner and party planner for Crown & Tiaras Party Planning who really did me a favor!
